Refunds and cancellations
In principle, our snow sports instructors teach in all weathers. Non-related services will only be reimbursed if the mountain railways stop operating all facilities and skiing is therefore impossible. Refund in case of accident or illness is only possible with a doctor's certificate from a local doctor for services not received.
Bookings can only be cancelled up to 48 hours before the start of the course. Later cancellations or not appearing will be charged at 100%.
The ski school tickets are personal and not transferable.
Insurance and liability
The guests of the ski school Chäserrugg are not insured against accidents. Insurance is the responsibility of the students. No liability is accepted for accidents during lessons or for their consequences.
Prices and terms of payment
Prices are in Swiss francs and are subject to change. At the ski school you can pay with all common means of payment. A maximum of 50% of the booking can be paid with REKA.
